<p>Some studies have been done on weight loss hypnosis though not many conclusions can be drawn. These studies are plagued by several factors. The first factor is a low sample size, less than one hundred people. A small sample size makes it difficult to form a control group and a test group.</p>
<p>The second factor is the age range, from teens to mid-forties, being too broad. Also too broad a spectrum was the BMI (body mass index) of the individuals in the case studies, or their percentage of weight above their ideal BMI. Not having concise enough of a test group or control group introduces too many variables to isolate making the results difficult to fully interpret.</p>
<p>The third factor affecting the interpretation of results is the difficulty in separating the results of hypnosis from that of placebo effect. In short, it is not possible to aver at this time whether success through weight loss hypnosis is in fact from the hypnosis or simply a psychological boost to a patient already on the right track.</p>
<p>The last major variable in the weight loss hypnosis studies are the individuals and their sensitivity to hypnotism. Both Stanford and Harvard have developed a series of tests to indicate how deep of a trance test subjects are immersed and whether the test subjects in the weight loss sessions were brought to the same level of trance isn&#8217;t clear.</p>
<p>While there is still debate as to the effectiveness of hypnotism in various subjects and wide interpretation as to the susceptibility and suggestibility of patients under hypnosis, dieting is still a matter of finding the individual approach that works for losing weight and keeping it off. <p>For too long I was fat. I had a desk job, weight 240 pounds and wouldn&#8217;t take off my shirt. I loved to eat, and the food loved to stick around no matter how much exercise I did. It was time for a change, I just didn&#8217;t know how to do it until I found out about the kettlebell burn program. The reason kettlebells caught my eye is because I love to train, but hate traditional cardio.</p>
<p>The kettlebell burn training program solved that problem for me. Just so you know, a kettlebell is a black cast iron bell shaped object with a big thick handle. It just oozes testosterone! The workouts involve swinging and lifting it for big full range movements that really get your heart rate up and lungs burning. The sessions are short and intense. Extremely intense. And believe me, they have to be short as I soon learned while lying on my basement floor listening to my heart beat so loud I could hear it out of my mouth! For the first few months I would still feel hotter than normal and be craving steak two hours after a workout. I knew I was on to something here.</p>
<p>Kettlebell workouts were transforming me. The fat was literally melting off my body! For two months I &#8220;played&#8221; with my kettlebell three times a week for no more than 45 minutes, often less.</p>
<p>I quickly transformed myself in to a kettlebell lifting machine. You get a way larger range of motion and more full work out using these types of weights. I have never looked back since. Most work outs only take half an hour or 45 minutes and will knock your socks off.</p>

If you also store towels, coats, cleaning products, and other stuff in there you need to stop for a moment and assess the space available. Is the linen closet overcrowded? Can you reach everything as needed? You may want to move some items to a more appropriate area of your home and free up space.</p>
<p>After you have figured out what will go in the closet, you can then decide how to configure your storage.</p>
<p>Linen closets generally function best with a series of shelves. A hanging rod, and shelves, is also a usable configuration. Try using hooks and small baskets also. If you use these for smaller items, the items won&#8217;t get lost and the closet won&#8217;t start looking all cluttered.</p>
<p>The items that you use most frequently should be kept at eye level for easy access. This would include bed linens and daily use towels. Some people also use their linen closets for storage of out-of-season coats and blankets. If you do this as well, keep these items in proper containers or bags. This keeps them fresher.</p>
<p>Some people also keep cleaning products and appliances in their closet. It&#8217;s not uncommon to find the iron and ironing board, and vacuum cleaner in a linen closet. If you do this, consider where you put everything if you have young kids.</p>
<p>With children in the home, safety becomes the first concern. All cleaning products should be out of reach. Store them up high on a shelf. Then, put a child-resistant latch on the door of the closet.</p>

<p>So, I went to the bar in the pub at 19:15 to await my friend who said he would meet me at 20:00. It was much busier than thirty minutes earlier but not noisy and I sat at the bar. The first thing a barmaid did was say hello, give me a menu and step back. I did not really want to eat, I only wanted a beer as I presumed we would be dining together later, but I wanted to read the menu anyway.</p>
<p>&#8216;A pint of Boddington&#8217;s&#8217;, I said. It arrived and the girl began laying a setting for me. I tried to explain that I was not hungry, but it was no good. Like in Spain, most people eat and drink at the same time. All the while the girl was smiling at me. Then she said: &#8216;You live upstairs? My name Charli. What you want to eat?&#8217;. So, I gave in and ordered something and rice.</p>
<p>&#8216;You first time in Thailand? You no can eat. Too spicy&#8217;, she said with a smile. &#8216;Oh&#8217;, I replied, &#8216;but I want to try. &#8216;I put only 50-50 for you&#8217;, she declared and went.</p>
<p>I battled my way through that meal and it took a Boddingtons and a bottle of water. Charli had been right, it was too hot for first-time foreign visitors and she had reduced the chilis by 50%. I have always heeded a Thai&#8217;s counsel on food ever since.</p>
<p>I changed seat to by the window to see what was going on as it was dark by 19:30 and I was curious. Within thirty minutes Soi 7 had transformed itself completely. I could see hundreds of ladies and tourists walking about. I wanted to go out and join in or at least sit in the quiet bar across the lane, but I&#8217;m ashamed to say that I was too frightened, so I sat put, rivetted to the Pig like a rabbit in a hunter&#8217;s flashlight.</p>
<p>My friend walked in on time and after we had been talking for an hour, he said: &#8216;Drink up, I have someone I want you to meet&#8217;. This was it, we were going into that mele. A waitress opened the door for us and the racket and the heat were tremendous. Especially the din. Every metre at least two or three girls would shout: &#8216;Hello, sexy man, you want a drink&#8217;. Trying to say no politely to each request was out of the question, so I just stuck close by to my pal.</p>
<p>Luckily, we only had about fifty metres to stroll and we sat down in another bar. My friend said hello to several ladies and then said, this a girl I have been going out with for some time. I was astounded as I had never heard him talk about her, ever. She was gorgeous, but could not speak English, so I sat in the din in silence. Not for long through, as my friend said, I have a blind date for you and he introduced another girl to me who was equally beautiful, but with whom I could speak a little. She was captivating and I was captivated. The pandemonium seemed to pass away, but it was only because I was concentrating on my new friend. The four of us had the best time and the best food I had ever had in my forty-nine years of existence.</p>
